SoA plays an important role in feeling responsible for our moral decisions and might be modulated by dopamine levels.
We plan to investigate spontaneous deception in PD patients within a social context in order to (i) verify the presence of the “hyper-honesty” behavioral pattern and (ii) clarify the role of dopamine in modulating moral decision-making and SoA.
To test moral decision-making, we will employ the Temptation to Lie Card Game.
To test SoA, we will employ a novel behavioral paradigm in which multiple action features (movement congruency, goal attainment and timing of the action) are manipulated.
